Anniversary of New Jersey Manufacturing Facility Opening

On June 30th !

The facility was buzzing with excitement with hundreds in attendance. Tours were given every 15 minutes of the entire facility many were excited to speak one on one with Zoo Printing staff to learn more about what we have to offer and learning more about the inner workings of each individual machine during the production process. Attendees were able to see firsthand how the print process works beginning with the plate making process, to the press, to bindery and finally out to shipping.

What Is A Trade Printer And What Do They Do?

A true trade printer provides wholesale printing to print brokers/resellers who then ultimately sell to the client. Trade printers have no contact with the reseller’s clients without getting the reseller’s permission first. A trade printer will sell printing at wholesale prices, allowing resellers to mark up printing prices to market comparable retail rates.

The reseller’s margin may vary depending upon local market prices and the services that they provide to their client. Often times print resellers may simply place orders and have them shipped to their clients while others may be including design, estimating print bids, overseeing press runs including delivery of the final product to their customer.

Happy 4th of July Weekend from Zoo Printing!

As we end the 1st half of the year through this 4th of July weekend let us not forget what gives the Fourth of July its significance is that our Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress in 1776. Keeping in mind, that these earliest of settlers could have never imagined 234 years later how much we have accomplished in such a short amount of time but of course not without its ups & downs.
